繩帶的機型辨别方法 Method for identifying the model of rope straps

　　圓繩都是雙錠機所生産(chǎn)的，扁帶都是單錠機生産(chǎn)的，子母帶都是專用(yòng)子母機46錠生産(chǎn)的，所以在判别該産(chǎn)品的機型時，先要清楚它是屬于那一類别。簡單的判别方法：數一數産(chǎn)品單面同一水平線(xiàn)上同一方向的紗線(xiàn)條數，如果是圓繩用(yòng)所數的紗線(xiàn)條數*8等于機型的錠數，如果是扁帶用(yòng)所數的紗線(xiàn)條數*4

　　1等于機型的錠數，對于一些特别的産(chǎn)品不使用(yòng)。對于子母帶判别一般都是46錠生産(chǎn)，當然這裏大家要同無梭機生産(chǎn)的子母帶區(qū)别開，區(qū)别在于無梭機生産(chǎn)的子母帶有(yǒu)經緯紗錘子交織而成，緯紗可(kě)以拉出來，而繩帶機生産(chǎn)的子母帶隻有(yǒu)經紗交叉編制而成。

Round ropes are all produced by double spindle machines, flat belts are all produced by single spindle machines, and both primary and secondary belts are produced by dedicated primary and secondary machines with 46 spindles. Therefore, when determining the model of this product, it is important to first clarify which category it belongs to. 1 is equal to the number of ingots in the model, and is not used for some special products. For the discrimination of mother and child belts, it is generally produced on 46 spindles. Of course, here we need to distinguish it from the mother and child belts produced on a shuttle less machine. The difference is that the mother and child belts produced on a shuttle less machine are interwoven with warp and weft yarn hammers, and the weft yarn can be pulled out, while the mother and child belts produced on a rope machine are only interwoven with warp yarn.
